Request account deletionInformation and purposes
The Big One: Fishing RPG is operated by Dante Company. You can start playing without registering an email account. A game user identifier and authentication information are created to provide the game. We process progress, settings, items, currency, collections, quests, cooking and related gameplay records on your device and our servers to provide game features, saving, synchronization and recovery. If you choose to link Apple or Google, we use the provider identifier and any email address or display name supplied by that provider to verify and recover your account.
We retain chat messages, authors, rooms and timestamps; friend requests and relationships; blocks; and report reasons, targets and moderation records for these features and user safety. Other users in the same chat room can see your messages and public game profile, including your nickname, level and discovered fish count. Chat, report and purchase-verification records for an existing account currently have no separate automatic age-based expiry. Displaying only recent messages does not mean older messages have been deleted.
We process product and transaction identifiers and verification information for granting and restoring purchases, checking refunds and preventing duplicate grants. For optional notifications, we process push-device tokens, language, app/OS versions and notification settings. Onboarding steps, interactions, successes, errors and related technical information help us maintain and improve the service. Tournament and leaderboard participation can make your nickname, level and game records visible according to your participation settings.
In Apps in Toss, we use the game user identifier and nickname supplied by Toss to connect your game account. If you choose to link Toss login, an authorization code is used to verify the account, and we store the Toss login user identifier and linking time. Toss order/product identifiers and purchase status are used for granting, verification, restoration and refund checks. Toss integrated-ad group information, playback and reward results are used to provide ads and process rewards.
Retention and data deletion
You can request deletion of your current game account from Menu → Profile → Delete account. Linked accounts require verification with the linked Apple or Google account. After a deletion request completes successfully, we delete that account and its associated gameplay, items, currency, authentication sessions, social links, authored chat messages, friend and block relationships, reports involving the account, notification-device information, purchase-verification source records and linked onboarding analytics events from the operational database. Deleting an Apple-linked account includes revoking its linked authorization.
Deleted progress, items and currency cannot be recovered, and account deletion does not automatically refund store payments. Uninstalling the app, clearing local data or disconnecting a device does not delete the server account. Deleting the current account does not delete separate game accounts or every message written by other users.
To prevent old authentication information from recreating deleted game state and previously used consumable purchases from being granted again, we separately retain one-way hashes of authentication tokens and applicable transaction identifiers, together with deletion timestamps. These records do not contain the original token, receipt, nickname, game user ID or chat text. These hashes currently have no automatic expiry and are used to block authentication reuse and duplicate grants. Restoration of non-consumable products, such as ad removal, is handled separately from consumable replay prevention.
API, scheduled-maintenance and API Gateway logs have a 14-day retention setting; database-backup job logs have a 30-day setting. RDS automated database backups have a seven-day retention setting, and S3 PostgreSQL backups have a 30-day expiration setting from creation. Information may remain in backups created before deletion and is removed under the applicable expiration policy. These are settings for those specific backup types, not a universal retention period for every provider or separately created copy.
Report review and user safety
We provide report submission and record keeping, pre-publication text filtering, operator review and a contact channel for user safety. The operator may review the necessary report reason, reported message and context, and previous actions, and apply community rules through measures such as hiding messages or restricting posting. Unclear cases and decisions requiring permanent restrictions or account deletion are reviewed by the operator. Contact contact@dante.company for reports, questions or appeals.
Automated review that sends user report text and conversation context to OpenAI Codex, and the resulting automated enforcement, are currently paused. We will not resume this transfer before providing the required prior disclosure and obtaining explicit consent. Report submission and operator review remain available; we do not promise real-time monitoring or completion within a specified time. Before introducing external AI processing or changing its use, we will explain the provider, data, purposes and required choices.
OpenAI Privacy PolicyExternal services and processing
We use AWS for server and database functions, Apple and Google for optional social authentication, and Firebase Cloud Messaging and platform notification services for notifications. Rewarded advertising may use Google AdMob and mediation-provider SDKs including Pangle, Meta Audience Network, AppLovin, Unity/ironSource and Liftoff Monetize. Advertising/device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP addresses, ad views, clicks, interactions, errors and performance information may be processed to provide, measure and secure advertising. Where an advertising SDK processes purchase-related information, it may also be used for advertising and analytics in accordance with that provider’s disclosed practices. Processing varies by platform, consent, region and provider. Available controls are provided through the app's advertising privacy options and your device's tracking and notification settings.
We use Toss/Apps in Toss services for game connection, optional Toss login, in-app purchases and integrated advertising within Apps in Toss. These platform services are distinct from the social authentication, purchases and advertising used by the native iOS and Android apps.
Our game API uses HTTPS, and our operational database uses encryption at rest. We do not sell personal information. We use these services as needed to provide the app. Provider policies and applicable account settings and contractual terms govern their processing.
Google Privacy PolicyThe Big One account and personal data deletion requests
You can start account deletion in Menu → Profile → Delete account. If you cannot use the app or prefer to make a request from the web, email contact@dante.company with the subject 'The Big One account deletion request'. Include your game nickname and whether you use Apple, Google or Toss to help us locate the account. Do not email your password, authentication tokens, verification codes or other sensitive information.
We will explain the minimum additional verification needed to avoid deleting another person's account. Once the account is verified, we will process deletion of the account and associated data and reply with the outcome. The retention and deletion section explains data removed and information that may remain, including replay-prevention hashes and backups. Sending a request does not itself mean deletion has completed.

International processing
External providers may process information outside your country of residence. The verified operating region of our game database is Seoul, Republic of Korea. This does not mean that advertising, authentication, notifications, report review or all other external services process data only in Korea.
